At the heart of the system is an Autonomous Water Generator (AWG) that converts atmospheric humidity into liquid water through condensation. The water then undergoes a multi-stage treatment process including filtration, mineralisation and UV disinfection to achieve drinking-water quality.
The basic principle is similar to the formation of condensation on the surface of a cold glass – but implemented on an industrial scale with intelligent system control.
* Capacity figures are based on the most favourable and least favourable temperature and humidity conditions.
The Camland system can combine the following functions within a single mobile unit:
The system can therefore provide local water supply, energy, surveillance and data connectivity – all within one integrated autonomous platform.
STANDARD
200–2 000
litres/day
- 2x AWG systems
- 45 kVA battery energy storage
- Solar power supply
- Integratable into a mobile platform
- Integrated surveillance and communication
EXPANDED
500–5 000
litres/day
- 5x AWG systems
- 120 kVA battery energy storage
- Solar power supply
- Dedicated energy and communication container
- Higher-capacity autonomous infrastructure
The systems can also be combined with local grid power, diesel generators or hybrid microgrids, depending on the application and site requirements.
🛡 BORDER SECURITY
Autonomous surveillance, communication and local water supply.
🌊 DISASTER RESPONSE
Rapidly deployable backup infrastructure for floods, natural disasters and emergency situations.
🔥 WILDFIRE RESPONSE
A remote energy and communication hub, combined with a local water source.
⛺HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS
Supporting camps, temporary settlements and locations without established infrastructure.
⛏️INDUSTRIAL & MINING SITES
Decentralised water supply for remote work sites.
🏥CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
A backup and decentralised water supply solution for critical facilities.
These applications are particularly relevant to disaster response, military and peacekeeping operations, humanitarian programmes, remote industrial and mining sites, healthcare facilities and critical infrastructure.
